30 Day Trial and Return Eligibility

Most Wenhome products are eligible for free trial and can be returned within 30 days.The items must be in like-new conditions with the original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Customers are responsible for the return or exchange shipping cost. You can return in person or use your own courier. There will be NO restocking fee or any other hidden fees.

Refunds will be initiated to the customer after 7 days of receiving and inspection of the returned goods.

3-year warranty covers all components, electrical parts, casters, tilts, and mechanisms.

Smart Device Warranty

All our smart home devices, including those in the pet and smart cooking categories, come with a one-year limited warranty.
