Incense Burning

Incense burning was originally part of the ritual in ancient. Until the Tang and Song Dynasties, it had become a part of People’s Daily Life. The process of burning incense refers to our life, short but meaningful. The ancient literati experience life and perceive a meaning of life through the links of awareness of incense, the six roots of sensations, and the practice of incense techniques. 

焚香原本是古代祭祀的仪式之一，到唐宋，已演变成人们日常生活组成的一部分。古代文人通过识香，六根感通、香技呈现和香法修练等环节，并在相对规范的程序中，使我们体会人生和感悟生活的一种高品味的修行。
