Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from the WENHOME. As we work to exceed your quality and service expectations, sometimes we fall short. In those cases, if you are not satisfied with an item purchased online from WENHOME, we will gladly accept return items within 15 days of delivery. A flat return fee of $15.00 will be charged for return shipping.
Refunds will be given in your original form of payment and applied when the returned product arrives at WENHOME.
Please keep in mind that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping. For this reason, it's important that you please keep and use the original packaging materials for any items you wish to return. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the products to the return address.
Smart litter box: To avoid cross-infection between pets, smart litter boxes can only be returned in their unused condition with the original package. A flat return fee of $30 will be charged for return shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
